RENTAL FEES

Reservation requests are only accepted using the Reservation Request Form link above.

Reservation requests must be made at least two business days prior (business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, holidays).  Reservations will only be approved when requested via website form.

RENTAL FOR PRACTICE:

• $50.00 per hour(no lights) (effective with requests made after 8/18/26)

• $50.00 per hour (with lights)

UIL PLAYOFF BASEBALL/SOFTBALL RENTAL:

• $900.00 - 1 field/1 game (includes one administrator, two custodians, 3 hours of security, scoreboard operator, one gate attendant)

• $75.00 per hour - per additional security time worked

OTHER  FEES THAT MAY APPLY: 

• $50.00 - per additional gate attendant 

• $50.00 - per additional custodian

• $50.00 - official book if requested

• $50.00 - Pitch Count if requested (baseball only) 

• Longhorn park will work concession stand and get 100%
