RENTAL FEES

Reservation requests must be made at least two business days prior (business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, holidays).  Reservations will only be approved when requested via website form.

RENTAL FOR PRACTICE:

• $35.00 per hour(no lights)

• $50.00 per hour (with lights)

BASEBALL/SOFTBALL RENTAL:

• $200.00 - 1 field/1 game + $50 for field director

• $400.00 - 1 field per day + $150 per day for field director

• $550.00 - 2 fields per day + $150 per day for field director ($200 per day for field director if 1 HS + 1 BSA field used)

• $700.00 - 3 fields at Longhorn Park per day + $150 per day for field director ($200 per day for field director if 1 HS + 2 BSA fields used)

• $850.00 - 4 softball fields per day + $200 per day for field director

UIL PLAYOFF BASEBALL/SOFTBALL RENTAL:

• $300.00 - 1 field/1 game

• $100.00 - administrative fee per administrator

• $100.00 - custodial fee per custodian

• $75.00 per hour/3 hour min - security fee (required by UIL; waived if schools provide their own)

OTHER  FEES THAT MAY APPLY: 

• Lights - $15 per hour per field

• Gate Attendant (1 each gate) - $50 per game per person

• Official book or Scoreboard operator - $50 per game per person

• Announcer - $50 per game per person

• Pitch Count-Baseball only - $50 per game per person

• Longhorn park will work concession stand and get 100%

• Umpires will be fed by the tournament director
